The Croods

Who says animated movies are just for kids. I don’t think so……‘coz this movie I have watch recently is I think for all ages.
A movie that made me somewhat teary eyed! Just kidding! No! It really made me cry and at the same time, made me laugh.
The movie I’m talking about is “The Croods”. An adventure, comedy somewhat and a family movie, best to watch having your circle around.
These are the characters featuring the voices of……

Nicolas Cage. Yes, a very over protective daddy who ruled his family to stay only in caves not letting them to see what is life outside the rocky terrain.

This is Grug daughter, featuring the voice of Emma Stone, talking about her family’s story. The raconteur.

Catherine Keener: Wife of Grug and a mother of three kids; Eep, Thunk and Sandy.

This is Clark Duke as son of Grug with a good heart and not as adventurous as Eep.

This is Randy Thom, the last born of Grug. A cute and a funny kid who instead of speaking will only growls and bite.

Who will not forget the hilarious granny of all time, Cloris Leachman, mother of Ugga.

Of course, this is Ryan Reynolds, a clever and inventive guy who knows how to set fires that fascinates Eep to come out in the open to discover the outside world.

The last but not the least, Chris Sunders, the pet of Guy and his best friend.

The movie is simple enough but will surely touch one’s heart of a father-daughter relationship and has a touching message for the whole family.
I love the sound track of this film “Shine your Way”.
